Shipping
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders over $25 ship free of charge with ground freight service. A $4.99 shipping and handling fee is charged to customers who’s orders total less than $25 before tax. If ordered before 5 PM CST, in-stock products ship the same day. All other orders ship with the lead time indicated. Orders placed during the weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
Shipping Policy Exceptions
Free shipping is applicable only to orders over $25 shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will incur additional freight charges.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping services are available. Next day air service charges are calculated during the checkout process.
International and P.O. Box Orders
We only accept orders for shipments within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Orders for all other shipment locations will not be processed. Additionally, Greenheck cannot ship to P.O. box addresses.
